Clafoutis for Dessert in the Loire Valley

Clafoutis is a dessert for the all too brief cherry season. I make it about once a week when we have cherries, and all the traditional workers restaurants serve it. It’s a home baking classic here, not something that you buy at the patisserie. If you want to try it let us know when you book a tour with us. If it's cherry season, there will be clafoutis.
